Q: How do memberships work?
A: Memberships let you set up a recurring payment for a month of classes. You can start your membership anytime, and your first payment covers the next 30 days of classes. So long as your membership is active, you will be billed the same amount on the same day of the month each month.
Q: How can I freeze or cancel my membership?
A: You can cancel anytime from givebutter. There is no fee to cancel. The email receipt from Givebutter will have a link to modify your membership.
Q: How can I change my membership tier?
A: Your Givebutter email receipt will have a link to modify your donation - increasing your amount above $165 will automatically upgrade you to a 2-class membership. Decreasing below $165 will make it a 1-class membership. The change will take effect after your next payment.Â
